Richardson Pool Renovations

The City of Richardson has five older municipal pools that were in various stages of needing repair. This is one of the few pool renovations that does not show much on the surface, but has many benefits. All of the pool piping was replaced and most of the pool pumps. The repiping resolved many major pool leaks. The old leaking PVC liner was removed at Terrace pool and a new beach entry was added along with a Diamond Brite surface.

Sunbelt Scope of Work:

• Pool piping
• Replacement of leaking and broken Skimmers
• New Main drain replacement to meet code and safety
• Repairs on PVC liners
• New beach entry at Terrace pool
