The name could have stayed the same while the heart of the company slowly changed. The people in the field, the people in the office, the people solving problems on job sites and keeping projects moving could have ended up working for a version of Sunbelt that did not feel quite like Sunbelt anymore.
That did not sit right.
Instead, leadership chose a path that protected the culture of our company and gave the people building Sunbelt Pools every day a real stake in its future.
